As of December 31, 2011, NRW.BANK has 1,255 employees at its head offices in Düsseldorf and Münster, 839 work in Düsseldorf and 416 in Münster. As of the reporting date, female employees represented approximately 50 percent of the total workforce.
NRW.BANK continues to hire new staff, paying particular attention to the recruitment of experienced specialists as well as highly qualified junior employees. For this purpose, the Bank maintains close contacts with various universities in North Rhine-Westphalia and makes use of state-of-the-art communications media.
